We offer a complimentary AI Audit to identify inefficiencies and opportunities in your business operations. This audit carries no obligation and no cost.
Upon signing a contract and paying the required deposit, Nexum System Limited will design and build your AI automation system according to the agreed package scope. Available packages vary by industry and business need — details are outlined in your individual service contract.
Following go-live of your system, a monthly retainer is charged for ongoing system maintenance, monitoring, updates, and support. The retainer amount is confirmed in your service contract.
To enable Nexum System Limited to deliver your project, you agree to:
All systems, workflows, AI configurations, scripts, templates, and automation frameworks created by Nexum System Limited remain the intellectual property of Nexum System Limited. Clients are granted a licence to use these systems for the duration of their active engagement.
All client data, brand assets, and business information provided to Nexum System Limited remain the property of the client. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Upon termination of services, the client's licence to use Nexum System Limited's proprietary workflows and configurations ends. Client data will be returned or deleted upon request within 90 days.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, business, or technical information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 14 days, both parties agree to seek formal resolution through applicable legal proceedings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
